At the helm of 300,000ft² devoted to fabrication and manufacturing, we’ve literally made our clients’ dreams a reality since 1988. Our family business has built custom fixtures, tradeshow exhibits, and reimagined spaces for some of the biggest brands in the country. We are looking for teammates who are passionate about producing inspired quality work, going above and beyond for clients, and making creative impacts together.

The Tradeshow Project Manager is responsible for all aspect of client of prepping, planning, executing, and reviewing tradeshows performance throughout the project lifecycle including managing all customer tradeshow assets. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for design, tradeshows, and an understanding of the building processes. Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Initiate Project Kickoff:

· Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, budget, timeline, and specific requirements

· Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.

· Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to ensure project will be delivered on time and on budget

Project Implementation and Management:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

· Coordinate all aspects of trade show projects, including tradeshow prep, exhibit logistics, staging, installation, and dismantling.

· Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and within allocated budget.

· Ensure adherence to design specifications, branding guidelines, and client expectations.

· Coordinate and supervise onsite activities, including installation, dismantle, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

· Act as a problem solver, addressing any challenges or issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.

· Document changes to the project including cost, schedule, scope, and client needs, ect.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, production staff, logistics, and installation crews, to ensure seamless project execution.

· Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior project managers or team members, when applicable.

· Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing across departments to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:

· Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

· Regularly communicate project status updates, milestones, and progress to clients, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.

· Proactively communicate between the client, tradeshow venue, and other vendors.

Project Completion

· Completes each project on time and to Chandler standards. Is willing to do what it takes to maintain Chandler reputation and exceed client expectations

· Reviews and ensures accuracy and completion of all project documentation prior to closing and invoicing

· Confirms delivery of final product. Follows-up with client to ensure client satisfaction

· Participates in Project Wrap process to review the project results against the project plan and identifies areas of improvement.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the trade show exhibit industry.

· Strong understanding of the trade show industry, including exhibit design, fabrication, logistics, and installation processes.

· Proven track record of successfully managing multiple trade show projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite coordination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and tradeshow assent management software

· Experience working with an ERP system preferred

· Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to document and communicate key issues

· Ability to comfortably present to key stakeholders and senior leadership

· Ability to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities

· Ability to work with others in a rapidly changing environment

· Independent and self-motivated
